Terms of use for the bindery

1. Who you are dealing with

These terms govern your use of threadfoldbindery.com ("Threadfold Bindery", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of threadfoldbindery.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may use it

Threadfold Bindery is meant only for people aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Coins from the bindery till

• Every world is played with virtual coins that we supply free of charge.
• Coins hold no monetary value and are not money, credit or property.
• Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and there are no in-app purchases.
• No prize of real-world value is offered at any point.
• Coins, levels and features may be adjusted or reset by us at any time.

4. No real money is ever staked here

Threadfold Bindery neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and links to no gambling operator.

5. The account in your name

• A free account is needed to play. One account per person, and it is not to be shared.
• Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at once if somebody else has been in your account.
• You may close your account from your account page whenever you wish. Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.
• We may suspend an account used to disrupt the bindery, or one we believe belongs to somebody under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions belong to the account rather than to you as property, and may be reset.

6. Fair use of the bindery

Do not try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer to trade coins, or let anybody under 18 use it.

7. Availability and what we answer for

The site is provided "as is". Any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights are untouched.

8. The law this bindery works under

The law of England and Wales governs these terms.
